The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data with which you can be personally identified. Detailed information on the topic of data protection can be found in this declaration.

3. Hosting (Framer)

This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Eerste Constantijn Huygensstraat 20, 1054 BR Amsterdam, Netherlands. When you visit our website, Framer automatically collects technically necessary server log files (see section 4). Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a secure and efficient website). We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Framer in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. More information can be found in Framer's privacy policy: framer.com/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.

We do not use any traditional cookies and no third-party trackers on this website. Instead, we exclusively use the local browser storage (localStorage), which technically remains in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.

  • mc.waitlistRegistered — status flag for your waitlist signup (prevents double submission)

  • mc.achievements — stores unlocked achievements for gamification
  • mc.visitCount — counts the number of your visits

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) for the optional storage; Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for the technically necessary storage. You can revoke your consent at any time by clearing the browser storage of this domain.

6. Waitlist Signup

When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect the following data:

  • Email address
  • Optional: role (club, marketing, brand, freelancer, other)
  • Language preference (EN/DE) and signup source (Hero, Features, Footer)
  • Timestamp of signup

Purpose: Notification at product launch, sending early access invitations, communication around Match Central.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request).

Storage period: Until you withdraw your consent, or no later than 24 months after product launch if no contractual relationship is established. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing akim@5am-sports.com.

7. Third-Party Services

Make.com (webhook receiver)

Your waitlist signup is forwarded via webhook to Make.com (Celonis Inc., 1 World Trade Center, New York, NY 10007, USA / EU servers), where it is processed further (e.g. stored in our CRM and used for sending confirmation emails). Make.com is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Make.com. Privacy notice: make.com/en/privacy-notice.

Fonts (Inter, locally embedded)

This website uses the "Inter" typeface, served locally via Framer. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font CDN.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the right at any time to:

  • Access your data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Withdraw any consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
